4. ANY CONDITIONS ENCOUNTERED DURING CONSTRUCTION DIFFERING
FROM THOSE SHOWN HEREON SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE DESIGN
ENGINEER BEFORE CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES.
