Dear Mr. Wilkins:
This letter is to advise you that at the Boazd of Health meeting held on July 21, 2014, your
request to leave the wall between 2 rooms on the first floor or create a 4 foot cased opening in 1
room was denied. In addition to the denial,the Boazd's motion also included a condition that the
wall between the bedrooms that was supposed to be removed according to the building permit
issued in 1998 be removed within 30 days of the Board's decision.
