He stated that the bar staff continued to serve him. When the Health DepaRment staff member who answered the call tried to transfer him to the Selectmen's office after telling him that this department would not have any jurisdiction as any license this department issues does not include alcohol, he said he was tired of being transferred, he was never coming back to Yazmouth if this was the way things were handled and hung up. The staff member asked the receptionist about the call and she stated that the caller said it was about a restaurant and was not more specific so that was the reason the call was transferred to the Health Department. When the staff member and receptionist were discussing the call, the Town Administrator was asked how it should have been handled. Bob stated that the Police Department should be informed so that you might gather any evidence which could be used at any show cause heazing held by the Selectmen.
