I had a chance to review your plan and the surrounding properties. You can use 1' off the adjustment (use adjustment of 1.5') and hold 4' above that, however, that will require a 2 bedroom deed restriction because of the groundwater variance. If you want to avoid the deed restriction, you will need to hold 5' above. I won't require the deed restriction, however, the plan will still be stamped with a condition that any future renovations or additions will require further BOH review. You will also need to list the groundwater adjustment reduction as a variance under MFC. To avoid any potential restrictions on future renovations, the leach will need to be 5' above the full adjustment. A couple of other things to add to the plan: 1. Add the septic tank inlet tee length 2. Add the size of the pump chamber weep hole 3. Provide the Retaining Wall detail 4. Provide a 40 ml liner along the inside of the wall for breakout purposes and list the top and bottom elevations of the liner 5. Provide the observed groundwater elevation (EL. 3.28 under the test hole log) for easier comparison when looking at the related numbers/elevations on the plan Call or email with questions. I have also attached two plans of houses nearby that use%:the adjustment. I think that would be very helpful for this design and would keep the elevation over the system consistent with others in the neighborhood. Please let me know what you think. Thanks, Danny E. One thing I didn't notice on the first draft was the pump chamber cover is under the retaining wail. You will need to shift the tank to make sure the outlet cover is accessible and to grade. Everything else is ok. Thanks, Amy Amy L. von Hone, R.S., C.H.O.
