The Yaamuth Boan3 of Health has received your application for a Variance fran
the provisions of Regulation of Title 5 of the State F.hviro�nnental
Code and/or Section_�_of the Town of Yaxmouth Amenchnents for S�bsurface
Disposal of Sewage.
Having de+Prm;nar3 �t strict enforcanent of the above Regulations in this in-
stance would do marLifest injustice, and further, that your rec(uest.ed variance

lations of the Taan of Yarn�outh Amenchnents, the variance is heseby granted on

You must provide a 3/4 inch megative grade for fifteen feet sarrwndinq the
foundation.
You are hereby advised that the variance granted herein will expise in 90 days
fran date of issue unless all work authorized by said variance has been canpleted
prior to the date of expiration.
7n grant;.x; this variance the Taan of Yanrouth will not be responsible for any
water damage to the foundation, septic systan or adjoining lots.
