other occasions in reference to the lack of required inspections for building permiu on file with this
depe�•tment As described in previons notices the permits issued aze required per 780 CMR MA State ',
Building Code—2409 IRC. i
You are,for Yhe final fime hereby ordered to cease and desist all illegal use and occupancy of the basement.
To remedy these violations,you are required to make proper apptication to the Zoning Board of Appeats I
for the commercial use of your residence orface fi�es of$300.OQ per day,each dsy cons6tutes a new
violation.You are aLso required to ramove fmishes of the basement area for the purpose of inspecring flie I
concealed plumbing and electrical work.Failure to comply with the requirements of 780 CMR are eligible i
to be fined up to$1,000.00 per day,each day constitutes a new violation. ',
