I Robin-
We have an older plan on file (November, 2002)for a new house that was never built for this
address. Groundwater was found at 136" back then. Prior to approval of this plan, groundwater will need to be
addressed on this lot.
I have attached the 2003 plan for your use if you wish to extrapolate the groundwater information from it to use
'I on your plan. The adjustment back then was 3.5'.
