Dear Deborah,
On Apri18, 2015.BAS Survey, Inc. conducted an inspection of the 3,000 gallon
tight tank that services the kitchen sinks in your establishment. The right tank has 3
heavy-duty manhole and access covers. The inlet access has a 30"pvc tee and two
j floats.The lower float is set at 75% or 2,250 gallons and the high float is set at Y'below
the inlet or+3,000 gallons. Both alarms were tested and functioning independently.
As part of the approved permit pumping is required on a regu(ar basis. The water
consump6on for 2014 was 71,000 gallons.
PKM pumped on 7/31/14, 2,098 gallons and 319 gallons for a total of 2,417.
Eliis Brothers pumped on 4/8/2015, 2,703 gallons and 295 gallons for a total of 2,998
A combined total of 5,415 gallons pumped for the year for the proprietor of IDGY'S.
