iIt has been brought to this departmenY s attention that when the rear deck was constructed,one post and
; associated sono tube footing was placed directly over the pipe leading from the house to the septic
� system. Secondly, the sono tube footing is less than forty-eight inches(48)below grade, which is the
� minimum depth required for frost protection.

Accordingly, you aze hereby notified that appropriate remedial action shall be taken to abate this
condition. This work shall be completed by June 5, 2015.
Finally, a building permit, accompanied by a sketch, detailing the alteration, is a pre-requisite to
commencing this work. You may contact me should you have any questions concerning this matter.
