Corrections needed in conjunction with findings of other departments. (Fire,Building and '
Health) �
Beachway Motel: i
1. Basement azea-Raw sewage found during inspection. Identify source and �
correct. Clean azea. ;
2. Laundry room—Organize azea and remove clutter. �
3. Room#9—Toilet found with leak triggering refill action. Waste of water.
Repair or adjust as needed.
4. Room#11 —Ceiling repair needed due to water damage. Find and fix mof
azea as needed.
5. Bathrooms—General—Baths with windows found to have no shades or
screens in some rooms.Frosted/opaque glass on lower sash only in some
rooms. Frost all panels or ad in azeas where none were found.
NOTE: Beachway and Cape Traveler �1PsY indows—All windows must have '
screens and open, close and lock securely esigned. Many screens were either missing 'I
or damaged Correction needed.
Also note that each baihroom with a fan not working must have fans operable. Maay may I
also need to have the grills cleaned to be effective in removing moisture and odors.
