Good afternoon Mr. Hopkins:
Please find attached the price estimate on the Health DepartmenYs portion of the request for
public records you called in on Thursday April 8, 2010 to Pam. As you can see from the
estimate the total for the time to make the copies and the price for the copies equals $49.87.
If you wish to have these documents emailed to you, the Town would have to charge you for
the time to scan in the documents which would be $18.87.
We accept either cash or check, made out the Town of Yarmouth and are unable to continue
on your request without the payment.
The other departments that were triggered by your request are continuing to search and once
I hear from them I will contact you with those estimates.

Please see the attached request for Public Records from Niall Hopkins which the Admin office received on 4/8/10.
Before any copies are made... please give me a cost estimate.Use the same attached form of Mr. Hopkins's request,
Section 2 for your deparhnent.I need EVERYTTNG in writing for the estimates,and please type on the form which
department is giving this estimate.
I have a feeling that he might request that we scan and email these documents which we will have to charge him for. So
please include not only the$0.20(page but the estimated cost of hours for the lowest paid person in your office capable of
working on the request. That is included in the Section 2 which you will need to fill out.
