I gave the room a quick inspection and found:
• Exterior complete(less painting)
• Interior wall board done
. No ceiling material installed
• Tile floor installed (I believe it needs to be grouted)
• Rough electricai complete
• Kevin said it will be ready for inspection on Monday

Thanks for getting back to me. The same materials on the floor, walls and ceiling would be fine.
An electric permit will be needed though the building department.

1. Per conversation, the kitchen will be completed with the same materiais that were utilized in the front of
the kitchen last year, being; white, smooth and washable. If we have any problem matching the same
material, which is not anticipated, I will call you immediately.
2. The plan submitted for the entertainment license, may have included 8 extra seats. My mistake, I wasn't
trying to add any seats, I just mis-read the maximum that had already been established. I will reconcile the
plan prior to the license hearing and send you a corrected copy.
