The Licensed Concessionaire abide by all Massachusetts Laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages. 4. Any vehicle utilized to distribute the alcoholic beverages on the course must meet the approval of the Director of Golf Operations, and no other vehicle may be substituted without written approval. 5. Any vehicle utilized on the course to distribute the alcoholic beverages must be operated in such a manner such as not to interfere with the enjoyment of the course by the course patrons. 6. No more than one vehicle may be utilized to distribute alcoholic beverages on the Bass River Golf Course at any one time, unless permitted in writing by the Bass River Golf Operations Manager or by the Director of Golf Operations. 7.
