Subject: Porto-toilet mmplaint
Bruce,
I contacted Bouse House, the toilet supplier who informed me the units were being cleaned and
pumped twice weekly. (Monday and Friday)They further stated the units were already serviced
today. There were discrepancies in the cleaning log located within the units.
I inspected the two units located on the course and found the one mentioned in the complaint in
very poor condition. The other was in fair shape but not cleaned or pumped. The owner of the
company is sending service truck back today to clean the units ASAP.
I will follow up after the service on the thoroughness of the cleaning.
