Dear Mr. Moran:
Thank you for meeting with Health Director Bruce Murphy, Jim Armentrout, Ron
Hewins and me on September 5, 2008. Tlus letter confirms the outcome of our
conversation and pmvides additional information on related subjects. Based upon the
information submitted as part of your application for liquor and entertainment licenses,
you aze presently permitted to have up to 62 seats in the restaurant without entertainment
and 46 seats with entertauunent. The number of indoor seats could be increased upon
submission of a revised floor plan. Until such time as the septic system is upgraded, the
total number of indoor and outdoor seats for which food and beverage service can oe
provided will be li�iited to 73 which is histoeicai rcum�r�i seats pecmi�ted indoors at Lne
Bass River Clubhouse dining area.

the 200 square feet patio provided for in the definition of the premises in the Bass River
Food Services Concession Agreement bid specifications. Comsistent with sectioa 12.1 of
We Bass River Food Servicas Concession A�at, I would ask�you conault with

The Health D'uector has noted in separate correspondence to you that the Boazd of Health
is reviewing outdoor food service seating and take-out areas with respect to septic system
requirements. It is possible that the requirements for all such take-out azeas in Yarmouth
may be changed in the future. For this reason, and because the existing sep6c system is
not performing well, D'uector of Golf Jim Armentrout is accelerating his plans to upgrade
the septic system. We will keep you informed as we learn more about the scope and
timeline for this septic upgrade. U�t gaal will be � take such � as may be
