Subject: Bass River Food Concession seating and patio
Mr. Moran:
Thank you for meeting with Bruce Murphy, Jim Armentrout, Ron Hewins and me on September 5th. I believe we were abie to
identify an approach to outdoor seating and the patio configuration that will work for ali parties. I have asked Mr. Murphy to confirm
in writing the parameters for"take out" seating on an outdoor patio applicabie to this particular set of circumstances. Mr.
Armentrout shared with you his proposai for expanding the concrete patio consistent with the approval received from the
Conservation Commission September 4�^. Mr. Armentrout will have the proposed layout staked and give you an opportunity to
provide input on it again before the patlo extension is constructed. We will follow up with formal confirmation of the limitations on
seating and the boundaries of the patio area after we have received confirmation from Health Director Bruce Murphy, which is
expected this week.
