Should we meet first to discuss?
Should Jim Brandolini be present, if we need to determine indoor seating number?
As there appears to be several options.
And seating number when entertainment is there?
Past Building Occupancy Permit numbers.
Historic Occupancy's
May need section of plumbing code on number of toilets required, if requesting to increase
seating over Historic number.
Recommend we have copy of bid and signed lease, to review indoor and outdoors sized areas.

Subject: Meeting with Bill Moran re: Bass River Grille Patio
Mr. Moran called me today to request a meeting this Thursday or Friday with me, Bruce, Jim
Armentrout and Ron Hewins to discuss seating on the patio. I would like to arrange a meeting if
possible.
Please let us know whether or not you are available to meet at 11:30am on Thursday 9/4 for up to
an hour. If not, then let us know if there is another time Thursday after dept. head meeting or
Friday that might work.
Jim—I'd like to walk thru the dining area and patio but then sit down for the meetlng in the Pro
Shop o�ce if that is possible. One way or another, we need to meet in private. Also, 1'll leave it to
you to decide whether or not you wish to include Ron in the meeting.
Bruce—please bring to this meeting the citations for applicable laws, bylaws and regulations that
Bill requested last Friday.
