HomeMy WebLinkAbout2008 Aug 29 - Email from B. Moran, B. Murphy Peter/Jim
I would suggest we meet to discuss and them agree on the written response.
From our meeting today, it was my understanding Jim was to write a letter addressing Bills points, and
was also going to see Bill this afternoon.

Subject: seatlng
It is my understanding from Bruce Murphy that the#24 is historic and the calculation is 4 picnic tables X
6 seats per table. For the record there is were only 2 picnic tables, each with 6 seats.Utilizing Mr.
Murphy's calcularions would leave us with 12 seats.
It is my understanding from Jim Armentrout that the patio area that was de£med prior to my public
hearing(regazding the transfer of the liquor license)is going to fenced-in by the end of the day.
It is my understanding that the occupancy level inside states 73.
It is my understanding that the liquor license reads dining service for 45.
It is my understanding that the liquor license dces not state the number of occupants on the patio.
It is my understanding that the liquor license was"administratively"corrected at the last selechneds
meeting. However, I have no correspondence regazding what was wrrected and what it was changed to.
This is what I think I understand. Would you please correct, clazify and/or confirm. Time is of the
essence!
