Planned renovations at Bass River - Kitchen
t. Remove old painted cabinets and shelves in kitchen
2. Clean open grill and dismantle
3. Clean hood vent(not planned for current use this year)
4. Close in wali in kitchen that is presently open

5. Place stainless steel movable work stations along wall in described in item 5 above
6. Place 2 Turbochef ventless ovens on stainless steel movable cart along wall described in item 5 above
7. Piace 2 sandwich refrigeration units in kitchen as space allows
8. Place freezer and additional refrigerator in kitchen as space atiows
Planned renovations at Bass River - Restaurant area
1. Install bar facing wall with water view
2. Install 2 bar coolers along back wall of bar
3. Instaii 3 bay sink, properly vented in bar area
4. Install ice sink in bar area
5. Install 4 keg draft beer cooier and dispenser in bar area
6. Place rubber mats behind bar area
7. Install "Pergo"type floor in area that is not tiied
8. Instail commerciai diswasher(for limited glassware)
Nate: All plumbing to be pertormed by Kevin McBride who will be responsible for permits
Planned renovations at Bass River - Outside Patio
1. No changes planned other than cleaning and upgrading area that was previously defined as the patio,
2. Levei concrete/patio slabs
3. Add canopy over a portion of the deflned patio area
