As you are aware, the November renewal time is very hectic for both your office
and ours. I have 1��intc�Papa Gino's/D'Angelo's to put a licensing
system in place. This will organize the annual renewals of the foll4wing licenses:
beer and wine, comman victualler, food service, entertainment, Sunday
entertainment, certificate of uispection, change of managers, etc.
I was hoping you could take a minute to complete the enclosed information sheet
',,'; and return the forxn back to me as soon as possible.
My goal is to be able to keep track of what licenses can not be mailed to the
corporate office, so I can be sure the licenses are renewed in a timely fashion. I
also would like to limit the amount of license renewals that are paid directly by the
restaurants.
If possible, could you please send a11 license renewal forms for Papa Ginds
restaurants to 600 Providence Highway;Dedham, MA 02026. Also, if you have a
D'Angelo's sub shop in your town/city, coutd you please forward tht�se ticense ��
