Room 25. and $95.00 for that room is an outrage. The people who runlown that motel should be run out of town on a rail.
Metal strips over the filthy carpet and in the middle of the floor. Isn't that a tripping health hazard? Hopefully tourist who
stay ther do not generalize and say< "Stay out of Yarmouth if you want to stay in a motel." Where are the standards
of MINIMAL excellence in motel accomodations in that rotten complex. I would not be surprised if there are several other
rooms in FAR WORSE condition. I've had much better room accomdations is a cheap hotel in the heart of poverty-
stricken New Delhi.

Subjed: The filthy conditions at the Bss Rover Motel Rd''1 #
A family whom I am hying to help rented a room at the Bass River Motel recently. I went there to pick them up to drive them
to see the"sigh Upon entering their room they rented at that motel, I could not believe then overall sanitary of the rental that
was rented for$95.00 a night. First off, capers were fidy, toilet was malfunctioning and the overall codirion of the very small
room has forced me to report this to the Yarmouth Board of Health. Room windows panes lacked sealant(putty?)causing the
room temperatures to fall far below minimum comfort levels, occupants expressed that sleeping in the two beds was an itchy
experience which could be caused by bed mite infestation. The small refrigerator was filthy.
If this incredibly filthy condition is not recrified, I promise you that I will go to the Mass Gov Attomey general and demand an
invesrigation as to why the Yarmouth Boazd of Health seems to have not forced the owners to revamp, update sand clean this
filthy motel complex that has strong evidence of being in a state of neglect for quite some long time. The motel should be shut
down immediately for reasons aforementioned.
Finally, the clerk, intended to withhold the$25.00 securiry deposit, accusing the guests for breaking the toilet tank mechanism
which could hot fill up the toilet tank with conrinual runner water caused by a bad condition pipe flat that could not fully
seal the tank drain pipe. The clerks attitude was abrasive, unfriendly and to all, ill-mannered and present ad future guest at this
place will not only judge the motel as a filthy place to sleep but also judge Yarmouth as a town run by some very careless
(couldu't caze less)public health servants. Shame to all! Dennis,MA would oever permits such conditions in town.
"A word to the wise is sufficient."

P.S. I know Yarmouth has fixed part of Mary Dunn Road, a major access road for locals to approach the Cape CodMall and
other neighboring businesses especially during tourism season. When is the rest of it doing to be repaired. If not Pll have to
put on a truss belt to prevent tnternal organ injuries. Pass this along to the Yarmouth DPW.
