Kitchen facildies other than a microwave are not provided. Efficienq UniLs provide occupants with a place to sleep and bathe,as well as kitchen fadlities. Kitchen facilities may be either a cooktop or a full sMve. Efficiency units are generalty contairied wrthm sWdures commonly recognized as motels,i.e.comprised of 6 or more contlnguous units. Efficiency units may coMain one or more bedrooms. Coltages/Cabins are detached sWctures that provide occupants with a place to sleep and hathe as well as kitchen facilities. Cabins/cottages may contain one or more bedrooms. Type of Rental: Short-term(Transient)rentals are those 2nqls considered temporery and short-tertn as defirred by the Yarmouth Zonirg Bylaw(see below). Long-term Public 2ntals are fhose rentals made to the general public for periods of time that cumulatively,or in and of themselves,a2 oufside of fhe definition W transient Permanant Employee rentals are tl�ose rentals made for the purpose of providing housing to the owners empbyees on a long-tertn basis. Seasonal Employee ientals are those 2ntals made for the purpose of providing housing to the owner's employees for the summer season (June-SeDtember). ... DeFlnidons: Guest Unit:A room or suite of roans in a hotel,motel,moMr inn or guesfhouse,suitable for separate rental. TransieM:For the purposes of the limitations of motel or hotel use,Transient occupancy shall be limited to the temporary and short term occupancy,ordinarity and customariry associated with motel and hotel use. Transient occupants must have,arM be able to demonstrate that they mainNain,a principal place of residence elsewhere. Transient occupancy shall generalty refer to continuous occupancy of not more than thiRy(30)days,and an aggregate of not more ihan ninety(90)days within any xix(6)month period. Use of a guest unit as a residence,or dwelling unit,shall not be considered transient.
