Judy,
I did a follow up inspectian yesterday afternoon of the Bass River Motel. I met with the owner Mr. Bhatt, and I
checked out room number 23, and a couple of other rooms.All rooms that I chedced had heat. Mr. Bhatt did
inform me that the person staying in this room signed up for one person, and they where snealdng in other people
through the bathroom window.l did notice in ihe battiroom of room number 23 that the door has a punch hole in
it,which Mr. Bhatt told me he would fix.There also was no noticeable trash on the grounds.

My son from FL.was coming for a visit for 4 days so booked the above motel for him sterti� on sat. 10l/.The
first thing I asked the owner(Swarrrnarayan LLC)was there heat he assured me there was.The onty heat they
got was when they open�l the door when the sun came up.So after 2 days they moved across the street to the
warm&cory Pine Knot.He opened the door of the BRM.with the chain on and'R pulled the 6 ft. moulding off a
real safety issue.The air deflector on the AC.one side is hangiag down.The grounds are a disgrace to
Yarmouth. I think you need to do a inspection of this Motel for safety and health violations.
