NOTICE OF HEARING
TOWN OF YARMOUTH HEARING
The Licensing Authority for the Town of Yannouth has received an application for a
new annual all alcoholic common victualers license from Laplaya, Inc. dba Acapulco's
Mexican Family Restaurant and Cantina, 416 Main Street, West Yarmouth, Efrain
Ramirez,Manager.
Building being one floor containing two dining azeas and a baz area with bathrooms and
kitchen azea in the reaz of the building. Entrances and exits on the side of the building
(handicap accessible).
Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at 7:15 p.m. in the hearing room at the
Town Offices, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, Ma. 02664. •-
