No fryers: 2. No stove. 3. No clothes washing machine. 4. No seats-take out only. 5. Single service/paper items only. 6. Ma�mum daily water usage not to exceed 120.0 gallons per day(gpd); A weekly log is to be maintained with a yearly report to be submitted to the Health Department on or before December 1 st of this year. If the iareekly water usage exceeds 120.0 gpd, the Health Department must be notified immediately.
