Septic System Inspection
Dear Mr. Murphy: �-
Hunter Engineeting Associates, has conducted the necessary inspections for the
newly installed Title V septic system for the subject propeity. -
For the record please be aware that the 1,000 gallon precast concrete pump �,
chamber was installed with a modification to the approved plan. This .
modification is as follows: . �
1) The outlet end of the pump chamber was installed facing the outlet end of the _ �I
septic tank. - !
2) The pump and the pump discharge line was installed at the same end of the
pump chambers inlet. 'I
Please be aware that this slight m6dification in installation will not change ;
the intended design, operation and/or capacity of this septic system. � ;

Therefore, I hereby certify that the new septic system has been installed in i
conformance with the approved plan prepared by Huntei Engineering Associates. �.
