DEP establishes what will be tested and frequency for each iindividual well based on geology,GPM, known contaminants etc. You would need to obtain the PWS#first and then contact DEP. Without spendi�a mil6on hows researching on the intemet, I figured you woutd know because of the welis in Sandwich. Bass River Rod&Gun Club has a well and we need to bring them up to speed with the frequency of teating and the standards ihat need to be tested for. Karl is going beck to Lahey on Friday for T:30 am.
