The board of Blue Rock Club,Inc on June t2,2009 has unanimously authorizes General
Manager Diane W. Kingman to request the following changes to the liquor license,which
will extend the service areas at$lue Rock Golf Course from the Pro Shop located at 48
Todd Rd.to the eighteen(18)holes of Blue Rock Goif Course as shown on the copy of
the score cazd date June 12, 2009 and marked as eachibit#1. The requested extension of
service area will be conducted from one (1)Cushman style golf cart and marked as
e�ibit#2. All servers are"Tips certified."T'he service areas do not cross any public
rights of way and will only be for the patrons of Blue Rock Golf Course. All storage of
liquor will take place in the pro shop located at 48 Todd Rd.
