When ordering new chemicals used in the operation of the pool the Department recommends updating all MSDS sheets. 2. The Consumer Product Safety Commission(CPSC)has issued a notice of recall for certain drain covers originally listed as compliant with the V irginia Graeme Baker Pool&Spa Safety Act.The Department recommends you contact the manufacturer of your drain covers to ensure they have not been recalled and remain compliant wit6 the Act. 3. The Department recommends contacting the manufacturer of the drain covers to confum the life span of eacL cover and that they aze still in compliance with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool&Spa Safery Act.If wvers aze expired,submit documentaUon to the Yarmouth Boazd of Health when the covers have been replaced. 4. At the time of the inspection the Yarmouth Boazd of Health ordered the indoor swimming pool and spa remain closed until the pool chemistry is in compliance. 5. The Yarmouth Building Department has requ'ved the indoor swimming pool and spa remain closed until the exit door to the parking bt is repaired. 6. The Departrnent recommends the thermometer in the spa be more readily accessble to the general public using the spa 435-14-West Yazmouth-Bayside Resort Hotel-Report 8-28-14 Page 4 of 5 � 7. 7'he Depaztrnent recommends the emergency communication system at the indoor swunming pool and spa as well as the outdoor swimming pool be prominently identified. This facility dces not comply with the DepartmenYs Regularions cited above. In accordance with 105 CMR 435A2,the Yarmouth Boazd of Health may inspect and issue correction orders to ensure that the violations noted in this report have been remedied.
