Kitchen facilities odier than a microwave are nol provided. Efficienq Units provide wxupanfs with a place to sleep and bathe,as well as kitchen faalities. Kitchen facilities may be either a cooktop or a iull stove. Effiaency units are generally contained within sWdures commonly recognized as motels,i.e.comprised of 6 a mere continguous �� units. Efficiency unita may contain one or more bedrooms. CottagesfCabins a2 detached structures that provide ocCupanis with a place M sleep and bathe as well as kitchen facilities. Cabins/cottages may confain one or mare bedrooms. TYPe of ReMal: Short-tertn(Trens�nt)rentals a2 those rentals considered temporary ard short-tertn as defirred by the Yarmouth Zoning Bylaw(see below). Long-term Public rentals are fhose�ntals made M the general public for periods of time that cumulatively,or in and of themselves,a2 ouTside of the definition of transient. Permanent Employee rentals are those rentals made for the purpose of providing housing to the owners employees on a long-tertn basis. Seasonal Employee rentals are thase rentals made for Me purpose of providing housing to the ownet's employees for the summer season (June-Septernber). �� Definitions: Gu�t UnfC A room or suite of rooms in a hotel,motel,motor inn or guesthouse,suiNable for separate rental. Trensient:For the purp�es of the limitations of motel or hotel use,Transient occupancy shall be limited to the temporary and short tertn occupancy,ordinarily and customarily associated with motel and hotel use. Transient occupants must have,and be able to demonstrate that they mainNain,a principal place of residence elsewhere. Transient occupancy shall ge�erally refer to continuous occupancy of not more than thirty(30)days,and an aggregate of not more than ninety(90)days within any siu(6)month period.
