It has been brought to this deparhnenY s attention that when the rear deck was constructed at 62 Hasting
Avenue, West Yannouth, it was constructed directly over the septic tank.
Accordingly, you aze hereby notified that appropriate remedial action sha11 be taken to abate this
condition. This work shall be completed by June 22,2015 or before the property sale,whichever occurs
first.
Finally, a building permit, accompanied by a sketch, detailing the alteration, is a pre-requisite to
commencing this work. You may contact me should you have any questions concerning this matter.
