Having detennined that stsict enforcement of the above Regulations in this in- stance would do marLifest injustice, and further, that your requested variance does not oonflict with the spirit of the State Fhviroiunental Code or the Recju- lations of the Taan of Yarmouth Amendments, the variance is hereby granted on this date FEBRUARY 24. 1982 , as follaas: ' TO ALLOW FOUNDATION ELEVATION TO BE AT 104' . A VARIANCE OF 1.6' FROM BEING 2.0' ABOVE THE HIGHPOINT OF THE ROAD AFFRONTING THE LOT. You must provide a 3/4 inch megative grade for £ifteen feet surrounding the foundation.
