To whom it may concem:
Here is the infortnation requested and hopefu{ly will give you a better understansing of
how Cape Cod Cakes would like to proceed conceming the commercial property located
at 600 Rte 28 West Y.artnouth.
I have made a non to scale floor pian which due to the small size of the room and iocation
of the drain is exactly where these items will remain throughout the lease shouid I be able
to meet all your requirements. 1 believe it works well for what I intend to use it for.
Here is what the room consists of as far as I can tell.
The walis are plaster over blueboard or older sheetrock. These are to Ix painted white.
The flooring which is curreMly plywood and painted will be covered with luan and then a
linoleum adhesive tiling will be put in place. Except for under the oven area as that will
remain plywood.
The ceiling is tongue and groove naughty pine. It is in great shape and looks new.
(height 7'8").
There is pleMy of ventilation as there is a large bay window in the front with two side
screen windows,a window on east side as well as on the north side. There is also one in
the bathroom.
There are 2 flourescent lights. (4 bulbs in each)One directly above the large
couMerspace and one near the basin sinks.
The door faces east as well. k has a screen door too. There is an alarm in the room.
I did not see a smoke detector.
I certainly hope this helps and if further infortnffiion is needed then please feel free to call
Michael Fields at 508-778di577.
Thankyou
Julie Driscoll
