� In regards to thc commercial property located at 600 Rte 28 West Yarmouth, Ma. 02673.
� My name is Julie Driscoll and I am the owner of Cape Cod Cakes. 1 would like to utilize the
jbuilding as a place of business to include the following usages.
I The refrigeration of cakes and assorted foods all pertaining to the cake business.
� The storage of ingredieMs i.e. sugar,flour to make said cakes.
The baking of these cakes in an oven.
The ability to decorate said cakes.
The ability to sell said cakes in a retail fashion.
The ability to wash and clean up from the baking of said cakes.
The ability to meet with poteMial buyers of said cakes in order to procure contractual
obligations.
iIn no way am 1 looking to serve any of the foodstuffs that 1 create to the general public.
I No cakes are to be consumed on the property. (Only samples for prospective clients). Nor
am I looking for seating capacity in any manner other than myself at my desk and the
� ability to make my prospective clierks comfortable. The vast majority of my cakes are
' delivered and are of the wedding variety. My business is seasonal as one would expect
for weddings and therefore the majority of the baking would be done only during the
warm weather months.
; I will follow and abide by any and all codes and will make and take all the necessary
j measures to maintain a business with integrity and one the town of Yartnouth would
! consider to be an asset.
