Re: China Inn Food Service Inspection
On Monday July 25, 2005 I performed a routine,inspection at China Inn. There were many
violations I found at the restaurant. The violations include:
- The door to the restaurant is being left open to the outdoors that needs to be shut.
- All food in the walk in needs to be covered, and labeled.
- There was some potentially l�zardous food above other foods. All PHF's should be on
the bottom shelf.
- The refrigerator near the back door was at 62 degrees. I had told Andy Wang the manager
to discazd items in the dumpster and call someone to come and repair it. I watched the
food being placed into the dumpster.
- The dishwasher also needs service as the temperature was reading 130 degrees for the
wash, and no reading for the rinse. I told him that until he gets the dishwasher fuced he is
going to have to wash the dishes in the three bay sink.
- The employee needs paper towels and soap.
