Good Afternoon,
I have attached photos of what the house currently looks like. The new deck will be to the right, as you face the house,
starting around 4 ft back. Very little will be visible from the road, regardless of foliage. The other photo is an example of
the materials and style of decking to be used.

I also need a photo of the proposed location, and the plans that show what the new deck will

deck will be located, and what it will look like when complete.

Hello,
I was in the office earlier, and I dropped off an application for an OKH exemption for a deck Fraser Construction is
building for Mary Lingis. I have attached the plans with the location of the deck in relation to the property. The deck will
be less than 50% visible from the street. If you would like a hard copy, I will be visiting the town hall this afternoon and
can also drop one off.
